They had roaches in the rooms

"Housekeeping" attempted to enter room at 3am At 3 in the morning a woman with a key card to our room attempted to open the door and called out "Housekeeping". The bolt and clip were on so she was unable to come in. Reported to management in morning and was told "sorry, we'll look into it".

The Wi-Fi didn’t work and I was in town for a surgery. I needed wi-fi to be able to work after my surgery and to stay up to date on my online meetings. Talked with the lady at the front desk who told me she couldn’t do anything about it. Place also smelled like weed smoke. Canceled my room and went elsewhere. Expected more from this place.

The room smelled like a poorly maintained men's locker room where dirty wet sweat sox had been curing for at least 3 months. Unless the ambient room temp. was 65 or <, the smell was causing me to believe there is a hell!
