ESA Bitterness Was grrst to start. Stayed for 2 days no issues. Come back the 3rd day and. The general manager saysvi can day cause my id says im a local. Havent been bacl since hmwont ever go back there

Shaded Encounters No Continental Breakfast as advertise.Sheets on both of the beds were not change out.No utensil in the room had to ask and not very convenient.

EXTENDED STAY HOTEL RATINGS AT AN ALL TIME LOW!! Was able tp stay furst 2 nights the 3rd visit i get denied. Not really very good customet service

Great location to Mayo or shopping The shower walls had long strands of hair from the previous guest. I reported it to the front desk. They apologized and offered a free room for a later date. Also, I could not get the television to function properly. Normally, this is a great hotel. I’ve had friendly staff, clean room and enjoyed the great location. This time I was disappointed. I would still recommend this hotel. They said they had a temporary cleaning staff which is why the cleanliness was compromised.

Cleanliness was not up to par...hallway was not cleaned and there was an unpleasant odor...room had not been thoroughly vacuumed...likely not stay there again

I have stayed at ESA hotels quite a few times and have an overall positive experience. BUT, the one at Rochster North, needs more to be desired. First, I think they treat customers that have made reservations through Expedia differently. I arrived at the facility about an hour prior to to their check in time of 3 p.m. They simply would not check me in. The sheets were wet throughout the bed. Did notice until late and getting ready for bed. Had to sleep on top of the spread.

One of the desk clerks was extremely un-kind. Every time we asked for something it was clear we were inconveniencing her. Other staff were really kind though. Toliet was mildewed. We used cleaning products we brought to clean the refrigerator. We stayed because we were at Mayo Clinic and it was all we could afford.
