Had a pretty bad experience staying here. We checked into our room pretty late, but was not expected to be locked out of the hotel when we got there. This was really frustrating as we were driving all day and looked forward to a good night sleep with no hassle. We tried to ring for the person on duty a few times with no luck (dead tone). After 5 mins of trying we left and drove around, but was left with the only option to come back and try again. We finally got a hold of someone 20 mins later. May or May Not Give Another Try The lady that checked me in was very nice & helpful! the hotel is in a good location & the free shuttle to the Mayo Clinic is a plus. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable; the inside of the hotel rooms a little more rundown than expected for the price; though it is due to be remodeled by the Fall of 2015; the towels extremely thin & rough; & though the people above me were doing nothing out of the ordinary, their walking was extremely loud. Not satisfied with stay Was not impressed how there were no accessible outlets except under the bed. Seemed like a hazard. Room was dirty. Grossed us out. Husband was not impressed with the breakfast.

over charged I was over charged for my stay I held 2 rooms on my credit card 1 for my husband and I and the for another adult traveling with us. When we got to the counter they were supposed to separate the charges and I stead I was charged for 2 rooms and the other person was charged also. We ended up paying for the rooms. I will never book using hotels.com again

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was being renovated, so it was noisy at 7am on a Sunday. The hallway was jam packed with furniture from the rooms and the carpet was being pulled up in every room. I had to pay a pet fee for potential damages when the room was being gutted the second we checked out. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Bad Hotel check in at 3: 30 P.M., room was still dirty, had to wait 45 min for room. I had two bath towels, no hand or wash towels. Had to go up front and get them the next day. They said there short towels and help at the hotel. The hall was were dirty and holes in the carpet. I will not stay there again.

Overall not what we expected. The price was way too high and the room was not all the way cleaned. Not sure we would ever stay there again for a night when being seen at the mayo clinic

the worst expereince I had in a hotel the room was flithy, stain on the hallways carpet and in the room. The linen are old and different colors , one bed had a torn sheet. The billows had a bad odor and we found a bed bug under the covers. When you turn the heat on it had a fuel odor . This hotel needs to be closed down and refurnished. A true nightmare.

When we went to check into our hotel they told us they had overbooked but they would put us in their North location. That was okay with us but the Hotel was pretty grungy and smelled smoke in the hallways. There were no shampoo or lotion provided and there were crushed potato chips in the corner of the room. The breakfast was a packaged muffin and fruit. We will never stay there again.
