It smelled very strange like old and moldy. My throat hurt the entire night when we were there.

The hotel said free breakfast included which was a joke and the room had kitchens with nothing even in them like plates pans and silverware very unhappy

Great staff horible hotel! Room was not clean sheets smelled

Location only, was not expected as what was written. No daily cleaning no breakfast only coffee and cake to go, TV channels suck

This Hotel is advertised as having a Breakfast included... it does NOT! This Hotel does not change dirty towels in the room. You must personally carry Dirty Towels to the front desk for exchange. The Hotel Manager was very rude, distant and unwelcoming when checking in. The room had various damage evident. We had to ask for more toilet paper, soap as a half of a roll was present and the soap was unbelievably thin for two people. No shower caps. Clean. Efficient. Internet did not work. No hairdryer. I don't have allergies but my nose kept running and I had uncontrollable coughing in the room--I spent the night in my car

I called five days before our visit to confirm the reservation. I was told everything was alright. One hour before we were to check in I receive a call from the hotel saying there are no rooms available. I was driving and unable to answer the call. When we arrived at ESA North I was told by the manager the current residents had extended their stay and they have priority over your confirmed reservation. Is that normal practice for ESA? When I asked the manager how long ago they knew of this problem he said two weeks. This is ... read more

The outside of the fridge was filthy and room smelled of animal pee. Not a clean room. Morning staff was not very pleasant.

Disappointed. This could’ve been a great place to stay but lots to change. The room was filthy. The counters and bedside stands and desk were sticky. The bathroom floor is sticky and dirty. The beds are very hard and bedding cover was dirty. Found garbage on the floor. Bathroom towels were dirty. We left early and didn’t even shower cause of the towels looking dirty. You have to ask for dishes for the kitchenette. They didn’t have an ice machine at all. Just won’t ever go back.
