I have booked this hotel before and it has been better. As usual, the location is ideal. The services however was questionable. First, during check in, the handy key card holders was not used. My key card was handed to me with a sticky note with the room number. In my room, the toilet tissue holder was broken, the window shade was broken(stayed down) Fire/smoke alarm dangling from ceiling(wires exposed) TV remote inoperative. WiFi stopped several times. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Carpets in hallways and room were not swept, Trash in hallways.
