I had pre-paid for my room a few days prior and my room upon arrival was not cleaned. My sheets were stained, sheets on both beds we're dirty, etc. My daughter and I had to clean the room ourselves which was very unacceptable. We did not get a good night's rest because of it and it affected my daughter's performance at her audition for a scholarship at the college she wants to attend in the area. First time staying with this chain. Hotel was clean, and staff was courteous. We felt out of place staying for a single night.

Misleading The hotel and staff were fine, but we had booked the room based on the room having a pull out sofa bed for a child. When we checked in there was no sofa at all; I asked the desk clerk about it and she said they don’t have any sofa beds, and the online statement is misleading. We had to sleep cramped together that night! This needs to be addressed so people know what they are actually getting when they book a room.

Nice place to sleep Lots of space in the room. They didn’t have face wash cloths or ice buckets, but the beds were comfortable and the ac/heat worked great.
