We are traveling from Ontario to Florida and mainly looking for clean and comfortable. We stayed here last year as well. We like the convenience from the highway and Olive Garden close after long day one drive,

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Carpets in hallways and room were not swept, Trash in hallways.

Overall very nice hotel. As we were getting ready to leave, my 5 year old hid my mother's wallet. The housekeeper for our room, Susan was housekeeper and she helped me looked until she found it!!!

Happy customer Because of the type of hotel, there is minimal housekeeping and I was given a room with a nearly empty toilet paper roll. Thankfully it wasn’t an emergency. Everything else was great. Very nice fitness centre.

The shower was not clean AT ALL. I have stayed at this property several times 1 x the room was infested with lady bugs 1x it was old clothes left in the room. This time the shower had not been cleaned. 3 x is enough.
