Only good for extended stays and you want to cook. The mattress was far to soft. Had a back ache in the morning. The get and go breakfast is nothing more than granola bars and prepackaged muffins. Very nice location. Great also if you need a kitchen. Very poor desk service.

Most of the staff is pleasant and friendly. Only 1 or 2 that are apathetic. Stayed in a room with kids above me that wouldn’t stop making noise. Only time in several stays that has been in anyway unpleasant. I was allowed to switch rooms, it I had to wait.

Front desk staff (day/evening), Manager, and janitorial staff were all so helpful and professional when I arrived early. Also, person I originally talked to on the phone. I think her name was Lisette. Works at hotel in the daytime answering phones. Such great customer service.
Clean. Friendly staff. Easy to get to off I-77. Very near many places to eat.
