The rooms were fresh and updated. Very nicely laid out. Bathroom was clean and spacey but no hot water in the shower :(. I told the front desk and they offered to move me to another room but I was only going to be there one more night. AC was great if you were in the room, it cut itself off when you left so it was hot when I returned at the end of the day.

Police showed up, which was frightening. Upon check-out I did not know what was going on.

Perfect place/ poor customer service. Went on a family weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right off of the highway with everything around from restaurants to shopping. Just a few minutes drive into Charlotte NC. The place was really quite which was a surprise beings that it’s so close to the highway. We were kind sad that there was no pool but it was ok.
