Business Coffee in the room is pretty standard these days and it was missed. We had a full kitchen but you had to get a loaner coffeemaker downstairs and then they didn’t have coffee. Check in took quite a while. I feel there are a few issues with this new hotel. The room size was great.

This was the second time staying at Legacy Suites Rock Hill. Both times were enjoyable. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are large as well as large bathroom. Friendly, very helpful staff. Good price, too

No complaints here Legacy Suites is by far one of the best hotels in Rock Hill. Everyone was super nice. Everything was so clean and smelled great even though it is a pet friendly hotel.I would recommend staying here over any other hotel I have ever stayed it. Besides they have everything you would need when u are away from home. I have to say our stay was amazing.

Absolutely WONDERFUL The staff, the lobby, the gym, the room - EVERYTHING was wonderful! I can't wait to stay again! The manager was awesome and extremely helpful! The room was super clean and tidy. The shower was incredible. Overall I'm absolutely satisfied.

Good hotel not great service The hotel is nice. Overall I was happy. Service was not great. The one day of room service I was supposed to get on Tuesday, never came. If I’m only getting one day of room cleaning at least show up for the one day... also the ac does not stay on all night so I have to have a fan to stay cool all night, I left my keys in my room and the lady behind the counter acted like it was a big deal to give me a new one and was not nice about it.
