Property was extremely dirty. Our bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.

The hotel was outdated and just worn out. Walls were paper thin because at 3:15 AM I was jolted awake by a screaming argument in the next room. This lasted for a full 15 minutes and after that the rap music came on at full blast. They must have had a large "boom box" in the room. I never stayed at an Extended Stay before but I'll never stay in one again. This was one of the worst hotel experiences that I ever had.

Low expectations and it still fell short We had a late checkin and there were lots of people loitering in the parking lots. When we got to the room there was a used bar of soap on the sink, wet wash cloth and full trash can. The whole room was not well kept and gross. The hotel smelled like pot and didn’t feel safe.

Arrived at property and found room smelled of cigarette smoke even though they said it was a non smoking facility. I asked for another room and they said they had none. Offered the room at half price and I declined. Offered no help in finding another room someplace else. I secured another room at a different property. Manager said they would refund my payment.....will see!

The problem was expedia cuz I reserved a double bed room and they gave a single bed room and I asked the front they told me that it was expedia problem

Worst hotel stay ever. Walls are paper thin. An alarm went off at 10pm in an unoccupied room below us and I thought it was in my room. No one answered at the front desk and I had to change out of my pajamas to go down to the lobby to get it taken care of. Music/voices somewhere in the hotel kept us awake until past 11:30pm (finally turned on white noise on my phone) and the smell of marijuana was seeping in my room all night.
