If you need a bed, it'll do. Was only in town for a night so wasn't expecting much being minimally familiar with the area and had a budget to adhere to. Once I circled to the end of the road to the hotel, was indicated the suite I had selected wasn't available, but a complimentary upgrade was provided. Not Very Good The basic design and quality of this hotel is cheap but the price wasn't. Studio Plus by the same owner is better. I will not stay again.

Choose someplace else. This hotel is nicely located next door to a strip club. Wow! Not appreciated. The "Full Kitchen" contained 2 forks, one butter knife, one serrated knife that couldn't cut bread, 1 coffee mug, two plastic cups and a couple of plates. Oh yeah, a large plastic spoon and a spatula. I am not sure what you were supposed to do with these items, because there wasn't a pot or a pan to be found. No dish cloth or towel, no dish soap. I will never go to an extended stay america again! The service was not great they photocopied my drivers license and credit card and said they were going to file it away.... I'm not real comfortable with that, but I'll just watch out for suspicious charges in the near future. The bed was as stiff and hard as a piece of plywood. My wife was expecting a hairdryer and hotel shampoo and they had neither so we had to go to wal-mart and buy both. Poor staff Staffed by a bunch of slack jawed pierced mopes who thought it was a major effort to get coffee. The remote didnt work and they didnt even have batteries. Very low quality of employees for an Extended Stay

Don't walk, run from this place Booked two double beds non-smoking over a month before our stay. Showed up to find the manager had ""upgraded"" us to a single king. I explained this was inappropriate as I (dad) was traveling with my 17 year-old daughter visitng colleges. The facility had no double rooms left. Offered us a king ""suite"" with a couch hid-a-bed, but the room reeked of pet urine. Eventually stayed in original king room offered with a rollaway. Poor Quality for Business Travelers Promised one rate for a month - rate increased (three days before check-in) by 15%. Informed of internet 'monthly fee' upon check-in. Most lights did not work. Front desk staff not very customer focused - (weren't there, did not answer phone, etc.). Notified of 'no service' (i.e., cleaning, bed linen changes, garbage removal) several days post check-in after previously contracted rate had already been raised by 15%.
