Its on odd hotel chain Where to begin....The first peculiar thing about this hotel is that two operations are within walking distance. Make sure that you check into the correct one. The next thing was the explanation at check-in that went something like this: "There is no housekeeping so if you desire clean towels or sheets then return to the front desk with the used to exchange for clean. Too Many Negatives to Rate Highly Four adults arrived for a one night stay as part of a road trip. The hotel was a bit difficult to find as there appears to be two hotels with the same name within a few hundred yards of each other. The building was reasonably attractive but appears to be used more as long term accommodation by a number of people rather than as a traditional hotel. Bad Attitudes I stayed at this location the room was overall looked clean but once you been in there a couple of hours you'll begin to itch. The front desk clerks was not pleasant looked races/ judgemental I was uncomfortable and did not like this stay at all...

Dirty and outdated The rooms were dirty and outdated. The smell was terrible. Tried to get another room but none available. They new their facilities stunk because they offered everyone some febrezze for the rooms. I wouldn't stay here for free.

ok... was not aware hotel charges for local calls or local illinois dial up numbers ( 1800).Decent hotels though...

Extended Stay I90 The hotel is conveniently located near I90 and is in a commercial part of town. The room was not very clean or well maintained. There was a fair amount of dust build-up and there was something growing on the tile in the bathroom. In my room; there were lights out, the iron did not work, the TV functioned sporadically on certain channels, and the coffee pot was broken.
