Location is great I did not like it because I was not able to rest. I had to call the reception to ask them if they could ask other guesses to respect others and take their party somewhere else. Next morning, there was not even coffee and they advertised complementary breakfas

Way over priced for what you get Kitchen had nothing!! Had to request everything and anything! Not even a coffee maker!! The faucet in the bathroom was so old and dated u couldn't even turn it!! Said it included breakfast but was gas station muffins!! Bedding was thin and cheap!! Small thin old blanket. No mattress cover! it was was an extremely thin old sponge pad!!

Would not stay here again. Check out clerk was very snippy. Not necessary to use that tone. Inconvenient to call down for supplies after undressed. No cups etc in room. Wastebasket under sink overflowing.

Managed fairly to poorly For extended stay unit, no glasses, plates, silverware of pans in unit. No disposable cups on site. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars and muffins. Refrigerator had very bad smell in it. I would not use it to store bottled water.

Disappointed beyond measure The staff was preoccupied and rude. She was never at the front desk, told me she was going to leave a note for the manager to contact me and didn't and was ride to my husband because he dated to ask her a question. The hotel claims to be noon smoking but it's not. And the guests even come up to the front desk with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths and nothing is said. All around disappointing. I won't be staying their again.

Never again The room I was initially assigned was disgusting and smelled. The air conditioning didn't work and I had to be moved to a different room. It was a pain.

What Surprise The Hotel is in renovation, but in the middle of the night? I could not sleep, the floor was shacking and the windows were vibrating on the 2nd floor when the lifted the wending machine, dryer and washing machines. When I asked for compensation, I was told, no, we are in renovation. I heard a lady complain about some maintenance issues she had submitted some days earlier. The first room we had did not have a comforter or pillows on the bed and no towels or toilet paper. The second room had dead pill bugs on the carpet and a dead lady bug on the bed. The breakfast consisted on apples, oranges, oat meal, coffee or hot water (tea, hot chocolate). I would not recommend this hotel.
