Reasonable Price Hotel needs updating. We were told we would get a wakeup call in the morning, but it never happened. Desk clerk gave me the wrong password for wi-fi internet connection.

Very basic, no frills stay All of my dealings with the registration staff was excellent. They were friendly and responsive. The room met my needs for a two nights stay where I wasn't in the room very much. The location is just off the highway in an area of town with easy access to shopping, waterpark and restaurants if you have a car. Drawbacks were that when I opened the refrigerator, there were someone's leftover food still there. Not so great for family The people in the room under us started pounding on the walls as soon as we walked in. The lady at the front desk told me that they were grouchy and had problems with them everyday. I couldn't change rooms because there were no more. It smelt like cigarette smoke in the hotel. The bathroom fan was obnoxious and the refrigerator made noises all night. The pool is under renovation but that info is no where to be found.

nobody working at the front desk strangest check-in procedure I've even seen. arrived at 10:30 at night and the front desk is deserted with no lights on. follow instructions on the wall to call some telephone number to check in; this results in the front desk phone 15 feet from me ringing endlessly. finally called the national reservations number, which was able to contact a night manager to come check me in. the process took about 20 minutes total. when asked why nobody was working at the front desk, the manager replied "we... read more

Don't Stay HERE!!! My Room Was Broken Into, WHILE I WAS STILL IN IT!!!! NOT SAFE!! I was traveling by myself and the hotel did nothing to look at if another key was made, or look at hotel security to see who was breaking in my room. I was escorted out by the police to my car and left that night. I am STILL trying to get my refund!!

disappointing Curtains wouldn't close properly so I had street lights in my eyes at night. Gum was in the carpet between the beds so I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL The paint/paper on walls of the bathroom was peeling. There was trash behind each chair and under the desk. The headboard of one of the beds fell off. The room was just terrible. If I had not just drove for 11 hours and was too tired to move to another hotel, I would have picked up and ran. This is the problem with paying for a room before you see it. NEVER AGAIN.........

House keeping not the best While the desk staff was very helpful, the intial room that was given to me smelled badly of cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Once my room was switched for a different room, I found that the bed was not made up. It had been stripped, but there were no sheets in the room and the blanket/bedspread was dumped in the middle of the mattress.
