Office staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, and location is convenient for interstate access, dining and shopping.
Great property! Front desk people (Chelsea and Wally) were both extremely courteous and treated me more like family than a guest at the property. Wonderful place to stay in the Rockford, Illinois area!
