DO NOT STAY HERE Many long term residents. Not the best part of town. Defiantly NOT A FAMILY hotel. Noise all hours of the night. We stayed two nights and hardly got a bit of sleep. Was only refunded 1/4 of our price and given a free night certificate (not that we will be going to the same location). You can do way better for the price!!

No frills and then some! Room was basic no frills. No dishware to accompany the studio kitchenette. Bathroom wall has MANY strands of hair attached to the wall. No extra roll of toilet paper, had to go to desk to get another roll. Air conditioner went on and off-no steady flow of air. Carpet filthy. Walked around in booties and the bottom was black with dirt. Smokers right outside of door so smoke entered rooms. Mattress very lumpy with clean sheets but discolored. Yuck! Gross! Dirty stairwells, mice noises at night between the walls, smoke smell wafting up from lower level smoking rooms, no maid service during three day stay, coverlet and blanket "ify", don't stay here.
Close to shopping and easy access to freeway It took 3 tries to get a clean room. Staff (Nicole) very kind. Staff continued to help until we were satisfied.
Quoth the Raven....."Nevermore" This was an absolute zero minus in rating...will never again look to stay at an Extended Term ... no alert to the fact that Housekeeping is not on a daily basis but scheduled for unknown date...to get replacement towels were told that we had to bring to desk---despite the fact that placard in bathroom said to simply leave on floor or in tub.
Didn't even want to check in. It was sleezy, slimy, & scary!
