Friendly faces My stay was quit pleasant when I first checked into my hotel the friendly faces (blanca ),at the desk were of much help and very polite the Studio suite I stayed in was very clean and very good size I enjoyed my stay very much it was never bothered by any of the employees or guests the only thing was a really loud family of 5 next door but never bothered me because of how excellent service was

My stay was great. The only thing I had trouble with was the WiFi. I was never able to connect. Other than that, good!

Great location and service Great location, good price, excellent service. Literally two blocks away from the Arden Mall and plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy access to I-5, I-80, and the Airport.

Mellow Evening Room is conveniently furnished with a kitchenette. I enjoyed the coffee and pastries early in the morning. It was a nice treat from the hotel. I am happy that I did not select a hotel in the Sac Downtown area, since Extended Stay America is located in a safe, and quite area of the city of Sacramento.

I absolutely loved the stay. The staff were so friendly. They make you feel right at home. If theres anything you need they are quick to help you. If you happen to forget rasors like i did, they have them in the office, free of charge.
