My daughter and I arrive on a rainy evening and we’re met with people smoking while walking back and forth In front of our room screaming at non existent people in the parking lot. We entered the non-smoking room we requested and it reeked of weed and musty cigarettes. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise and drafty cold and damp gusts that constantly creped under the door. I can honestly say that it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Unhappy customer Sink and bathtub were backed up and room smelled like smoke when I requested a nonsmoking room, called front desk multiple times with no answer. Went to the front desk, they over booked the rooms so we couldn't get another room and they texted their handyman I was told but never showed up. I was to talk with the manager but never saw them. Good thing husband is a plumber and was able to fix the problem himself. Very unhappy with my over all experience.
Poor customer service and non-smoking room had nicotine odor in it and wasn't clean enough.
Find a different hotel This place is horrible! Dont stay here if you can help it! It’s a crack hotel! Need all the protection you get! NASTY
I notated I had allergies and needed to be in a smoke free or fragrance fee environment. It did not happen. The room was downstairs and smelled like smoke. Whomever was above me was a chain smoker and even in the lobby clients coming in smelled of smoke. Worse the tub was dirty I cleaned it.
Worst service Went to check in and was told I couldn't stay because I was on the do not rent. I have never ever been to this property in my life so why didn't I get to check in
Place looks like rundown and property was smiling
I have stayed here before but this time there were many homeless and drug selling right in the parking lot
