Fridge had dents, cabinets were broken, no dishes or utensils, no toiletries unless you ask, no hair dryer. Bathroom fixtures were stained and old. Smells like cigarettes everywhere. Overall desperately needs renovation.

Pleasant staff, disappointing room/facility. Not too bad upon checkin, staff was pleasant and speedy. Hotel appeared to be alright until we got closer to our room, hallway was in need of vacuuming. Our room door was not easy to open, latch would stick. Room smelled of a previous smoking room with evidence of cigarette burns on countertops. Toilet “ran” all night. Awful stay. The person checking guests in guests wasn’t sure if rooms were ready. He took a sprayer with him to freshen air in the rooms and perhaps clean them. The room was dirty and smelled horrible. The guests in the room next to me were up all night - listening to music, making obsessive noise, slamming doors, and banging into my wall. It was horrible. I got no sleep and had an interview the next day.

Overcharged I was charged an additional 81.00 dollars on top of the 102 I already paid this room was not worth 183 dollars at all.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. The check in time is 3PM. I came to the hotel at 10:30PM, and the room was still not ready. I waited more than one hour for them cleaning the room. I didn’t get in the room almost midnight. The next day, I was almost out all day. When we went back to the hotel room in the evening, the room was not clean up, it was the same condition as we went out in the morning.
