Bare bones This was our first stay at this hotel brand and we won't be back. We need two things while we travel, a kitchenette and dog friendly. Extended Stay offers both (although their pet fee is higher than most, for no reason) but their amenities are sorely lacking. The kitchenette is just that: stove top, sink, fridge and microwave... But no dishes, cutlery or cookware. No dishcloth, one dishtowel and one packet of dish soap: but no way to plug the sink to do dishes! Issued my room card to other people who had access to my room. Did not ask if I wanted a smoke free room. Had to make a trip back and change. Could not open door of room.was not aware you have to lift up on handle instead of down????

Clearly not your best option but perhaps inexpen After hours check in so I expected there to be a bit of a wait. We were locked from entry until we called on the courtesy phone for service. The hotel appears to be worn down funny smelling and the entry floor in our room were sticky. It was a bargain for the night. You get what you pay for in this area.

There was blood stains on the sheets. The fitted sheet didn’t fit and there was hair all over the place. The hair was in the flat sheet in the shower. Very disappointing. The staff didn’t even want to bring us sheets. She suggested us to come downstairs to get them. Dogs were also barking in the room next to us. Couldn’t sleep at all. Would never stay at an extended stay again.

Room is not cleaned as expected. Elevator was slow. No clothes hangers were found. Parking area was not safe with broken glasses everywhere. Not recommended to friends

Room had a busted hot water line in bathroom. Room was musty and hallway also. Lobby was dirty. Facility looks old and and dated. You have too pay extra for towels to clean up there leaks. Refrigerator was leaking also. Would not recommend or stay again.

Hotel SUCKS Most of the lights in the room didn't work. the breakfast was a joke. For the price i paid for the two rooms it wasn't worth it.I will never stay at your hotels again and will not recommend it to any one.
