Not the best stay I was unhappy with a few things about my stay. For starters I stayed 6 days and throughout the 6 days I was only allowed to get my room serviced 1 time. I came with a family of 4 and 2 of them were children. I needed more than 1 day of room service that's why I chose to stay at a hotel not a house. My child had an accident on the bed and It wasn't the day my room was to be serviced so I had to remove my sheets, bag them, and take them to the front to get new sheets. very clean for pet friendly unfriendly staff am and pm also no elevator we were on the 3rd floor wife uses oxygen and I am 66 had to make 5 trips down 3 flights of stairs and no offer of help actually I was told oh we don do that

Staff member are not friendly at check in , not even a welcome greeting. She went inside for 5- 10 min without teliing what is the waiting for and not even said sorry for the waiting.

Don’t expect much poorly maintained, housekeeping is lacking as well. Third floor reeks of cigarette smoke, if you are not a smoker it will gag you. Took 3 room changes to find one that didnt reek pf smoke or dog pee or have a broken fridge. Hotel is noisy and stove is not a real stove more like a hotplate. breakfast is coffee, prepackaged mini muffin, granola bars, or instant oatmeal. bed was comfortable.
