The staff was the best part about my stay. Staff communication with customers and with each other was on point. If I addressed something with the night shift, I knew the morning shift was given the same message. It was awesome. They went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience. And the best part about the staff is that they all knew their job and they were all consistent with their procedures so there were no surprises. The hideaway bed was very uncomfortable, not fit for an adult
