Bad odor in the room Bad odor in the room. The room was not clean enough.

Disappointed This is by far the worst Stayed America hotel I had stayed in: 1) No blow dryer, called front desk and they said "All Out" Never even bother to look or call house keeping to search. 2) Hair on pillow once I had check in to the room. 3) Someone smoking pot in the stairways. I had to take the elevator to avoid stairway. Very, very disappointed. Never stay there again.

Nice place, clean room. I would have have given a higher score but the battery for the door lock died and I had have staff let me in my room a few times. The offered to give me a different room. Sad that something simple like a battery can not be easily changed.

An Okay Place, But Nothing to Write Home About Service was really good with check-in and follow up after checkout (I needed a receipt after I left and got it within seconds). The room was a bit rundown--surprising from the looks of the building outside. Chairs, beat up, stained along with the carpet. It was generally quiet. I might stay there again. Locations was good as was the price.

Good Bed, Questionable Cleanliness The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom tub was horrendous and looked liked housekeeping may have missed cleaning it. The refrigerator was buzzing like it may catch fire any day.
