Not Even Worth The Good Price Would not recommend this hotel. Employees were very friendly; can't say anything else positive. No coffee maker, no ice bucket, no glasses. Not set up for one or two night stays. Room had smell when we first walked in. Used Kleenex in closet. The price was good, but would rather pay extra to have what most hotels offer. The "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee and what looked like granola bars. Never saw such a lame setup. Will not be back.
Just don't book here not good at all..... save your money and book some where else....
Unfortunately, my stay here was a bad experience. Unfortunately, my stay here was unlike other extended stays. The toilet backed up, the room wasn't totally clean, and the location was beset with transient people.
Not the best stay We checked in, staff was not very friendly. There was a large plumbing sewer truck in the parking lot, which was very loud and had a foul odor. Noise continued until 10 pm. Parking lot is very cramped, it was difficult to find the office, just not very nice at all. I paid only 80$ so I expected it to be more utility than luxury, but... still wasn't impressed. Bed was small, only 2 pillows were included.
Bed Bugs have no business in Hotels Yes, there were bed bugs. I am still waiting for a voucher. That's right, I chose to get a voucher for another stay(a different location than the NOrthgate Sacramento location...room 333 to be exact.)
guy was smoking in the hallway and i don't think is was a cigarette.
Its The Little Things..... that make this place so great! the Manager, Pang, and front desk clerk, Tiffany were helpful and kind after I was robbed and left penniless in Sacramento. They were so helpful and patient that I just had to mention their kindness
