People live here ,it's like a ghetto Worst experience ,dirty sheets,room smelled ,counter attendant bad attitude not helpful,checked in at 10 pm to late to go to another hotel.

Terrible place to stay no staff at front desk I arrive at 11 pm the staff were already gone. An emergency phone located on the side of the hotel is absolutely useless. If one's like the smell of people smoking grass or walking uge dogs that is the place to stay. Consequently, I had to look for a place to stay. To make matter worse the staff have the audacity to lie to expedia and wanted to charge me for a no show for the 3 nights, while it was them who were not present. Unfortunately for them I had a 3 way call.

Do not stay here Dirty. Can't even get in to the lobby. Check in took half an hour. Horrible service. Lousy room. Stay somewhere else. Couldn't leave soon enough.

Roaches and filth There were cockroaches everywhere. Food under the cabinets and bed so you can tell only visible surfaces were cleaned. Bed spread was filthy. Telephone had brown stuff on the reciever and door did not close completely. Area was suspect and you can tell it used to be another motel. People were living out of this motel. I have stayed in way nicer extended stays and will not be going back to this one. Highly dissapointed and disgusted.

Not recommended One the first night I got locked out of my room coming back from the movies at midnight and could not get help for 30 mins. The next day we asked for extra pillows -they only provided two pillows for two ppl- and were denied. We were also denied fresh towels when we requested them.

Substandard conditions Towels had stains, bed s bed sheets had stains, toilet bowl did flush properly the room smelled rancid the stairwell were dirty trash cans overflowing, junk cars in the parking very sad,

Blah Hotel The room carpet is dirty. There are dark stains everywhere on the carpet. The freezer is dirty. Breakfast was not good, was just muffins and granola bars. The lady that check us in is really nice the only upside.

Not worth the money so don't stay here! I chose this hotel based on its location near the airport, the price, and the offering of breakfast. After having stayed there I was very disappointed for many reasons. Since I had all of my ski equipment with me, I requested a first floor room. One was not available so I was placed on the 2nd floor. I was informed that the elevator was out of order. Therefore, I had to carry all of my heavy items up the stairs.
