TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We left! We did not even get to check in! The front door was locked (it was 7pm when we arrived) the EXTREMELY RUDE guy named STEVEN behind the front desk did not want to get up to unlock the door and kept making us move around the sensor so he wouldnt have to get up. Then when the door IN FACT WAS NOT WORKING as we told him, he huffed and commented that we are making him get up. The kitchens are not stocked with anything. You have to ask. Not even a coffeemaker. No hair dryer in bathroom. The room was dark and dingy.

In major need of a real good cleaning! The place is just filthy. And most of the staff less than friendly. I had to stay there 6 years ago 2 months for work and it was fine so I thought I'd go back for the 4 nights I needed. Big mistake.
