Checking in was fine the gentleman at the desk was friendly and moved the line along as quickly as possible. The room was not great, beds are so hard and uncomfortable and found that they provided one small flat pillow per bed. When I asked the second day if we could possibly get a couple more pillows the girl said I could go down to the desk and she will see what she could find. There wasn't anything I liked about this place. Plan on never staying here again.

Checked in late, called way ahead to let them know. First was put in a smoking room, reservation was for non-smoking. Moved to non-smoking room second night. Hotel staff tried to enter the room at 11:45pm the second night, startling me and my son, and waking us up from a deep sleep. They claimed that the room showed empty. Complained to the front desk the next morning, they guaranteed that that would not happen the next night. Third night was not an issue. Arrived late and doors were locked and it said to dial 0 to call front desk. Well the phone was broken...luckily the front desk attendant came by after a couple minutes. Table and night stands were gross, should have been cleaned better. Towels had hair in them. Comforter had cigarette burns in it. I didn’t expect much out of this place given the price point in comparison to everything else. Disappointed This hotel don't have an ice machine for guest if you want or need ice you have to make your own ice with two ice trays in the fridge the floor of our room was sticky your shoes would stick to the floor in kitchen area the staff had a lack luster poor attitudes in our travels coming and going from the hotel many of the guest expressed how disappointed they where with this facility I would not stay here again

Hot Front desk was friendly and tried to help but room was so hot I had to check out within 2 hours of checking in. Cost me $220 in non refundable room fees.

WIFI didnt work and room was dirty smoke alarm was hanging by the wires

Probably wouldn't stay here again. First room they gave me looked like a hurricane hit. Second room was cleaned bit carpet had dried piecs of food. I was going to use the office chair to catch up on work but it was full of white stains, so I decided not to. Most of the staff was friendly and it's in a good lol location.
