My son and I checked in around 10pm on a Thursday night. The key in the door gave us a green light yet the door to the room would still not open. We had to get help to get into our room. Fortunately I locked the door with the bar lock because while falling asleep someone was able to open the door and try to get into our room until the bar lock stopped them. I slammed to door shut and called the front desk. I don’t believe it was a case of attempted theft, rather the front desk sold our room again 30 mins after we checked in.... read more

I was not happy appeartly the hotel was over booked and they put me in a smoking room which was degusting for the price it was not worth it and I would never refer a friend there. the only thing good was the staff member who greeted us

Sticky Floors Really no frills as described. Floor sticky. Room not cleaned daily and no clean towels. No ice machine on premises. Even hallways not vacuumed. Young man at check in very nice, but after check in always had to call to find help. No employees ever around. Even got locked out of front door as slider was jammed and could not find anyone to help. Really enjoy having kitchenette but other than that it was a pretty miserable experience.

Disappointed Disappointed No clean towels and when I asked they said I have to go get them at the front desk but at the time they were running out of clean towels. If you stay more than one night they don’t do housekeeping because they only clean on Thursdays. I will never stay there again!

No AC. When we requested for a maintenance they said that there's no available. The day that we checked in was 80 plus degrees. It was a horrible night.

Hotel checkin took to long. The clerk should have focussed on us the cutomer not the other people that worked there. Very dissapointed.

No breakfast!!!! Hotel indicates breakfast, but only coffee and pastry was offered. Not happy!!!
