Totally disappointed!! Well since the hotel was overbooked we will never know..... the only hotel we could find was double the price, AND we had to eat out for every meal and lost all the perishable food that was to be eaten while staying at the hotel with a kitchenette..... this overbooking cost us a lot of money we do not have....

Disappointing Overall, staff seemed jaded and disaffected - obligated to reset our room key each day of our stay because it stopped working 3 times so that we had to call to be let into the building, annoyed when we asked for kitchen dishes and a plug for the tub. Room was never cleaned in 4 day stay and signs threatening extra fees (of an unstated amount) as penalty if the smoky stove set off the fire alarm gave us concern about other fees they might try to collect if we didn’t clean the room ourselves. My stay was terrible, none flushing toilets, flooding in my room. Night clerk wouldn't help. Gave me a room way down the hall, just for bathroom use. 4 children that had to wake me up to take them down to potty. Ran out of towels, had to share 2 towels . No hand towel, no wash clothes. Worst place i've ever stayed. The whole memorial weekend was a disaster.

You know it’s not going to be good when hotel clerk is outside smoking and you have to wait for him to finish his cigarette before he comes in to help you. Lobby dirty, bathroom smelled of urine, kids screaming running until 1 am. I believe a prostitute checked in before me arguing about not having a bathtub in room....keep scrolling when this place pops up on Expedia

One of the worst ones. Was supposed to be non smoking. Got 2 smoking rooms instead and not even next to each other. On opposite ends of hallway. Windows wouldn't even stay open in one room and close all the way in the other one. Continental breakfast consisted of energy bar and bad coffee. Really?

Sub functional hotel Room spacey but hotel understaffed and cares less out customers (initiated a leak finding operation at 7:00 am before confirming origin of leak)

Nice room, very easy to get to places. Outside a lot of smokers in from of the entrance of building. Checking out their was no staff at the counter to checkout?

Avoid this hotel if you have a choice The hotel backs up to the Interstate 80 highway so is VERY noisy all day and night. The hotel does not honor request for Non smoking rooms when booked through a 3rd party such as Hotels.com and the smoking rooms stink.
