2 years ago it was a better establishment I’m comparing my experience with other ESA and I must say not as pleasant as I was expecting it to be housekeeping are not doing a quality cleaning I found hair underneath bed sheets that to me is one clue that someone is slacking training also plumbing drains are clogged I could go on but it feels like it would be a waste of time

1night stay for me , who could do more days ? Only a 1 night stay , room needs remodel , very old furniture ,chairs in room dirty . I couldn't stay there if I needed more days ....to close to freeway, ac didn't work that well , had to keep window open heard freeway all night long ......

Hotel was overbooked and took 30 minutes to get checked in. Bed in the room was hard. One of the windows would not fully close. Badroom tub was not fully draining. They did fix it but we were not able to close drain due to fix.

Please accept my apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our housekeeping and front Office departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor.
