Front desk staff so very nice & helpful! I've seen a lot of poor reviews for this property but I must say that this staff deals with a very difficult & diverse population on a daily basis and really are very understanding! They are affordable, clean & kind. They will do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. no, it's not 5 star but you won't pay for that either. Simple, basic, clean & professional. Good price but hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness- towel rack not secure to wall, faucet moved all over, tv wobbled so much I thought it would fall. Hallway not vacuumed or trash bins around hotel not changed for two plus days- trash all over. Breakfast bar was a joke. I’ll spend $10 more next time and get something way better.

I asked for pans and they didn't have any available which don't make sense The coutesty phone don't have access for deaf customers and no one is at the counter at all times. No usb port up to date to charge phone Nice room and clean

Not enough bathroom tissues , hallway smells like cigarrettes but checking in was no issues..aircon was loud
