Felt like home. It was clean very well decorated. If I needed utensils or eating things they were provided when requested. The general manager went above and beyond her duties as well as the staff Mr. Green.

Front desk lady was friendly and very carring. Hotels.com reservation didnt go through. We had to wait for long time to deal with that. Lobby, elevator, hallway floor extremely disgusting dirty. Elevator floor seems never been cleaned. Such a nice hotel been turned in dirty place. Underneath bed dirty floor with somebody t-shirt and socks. Such a poor management. I saw ladies work hard there. Maybe they just understuffed? No breakfast. They told us low inventory at 7a.m.! Few granola bars.
