Too bad, so sad. The concert was GREAT! Arrived @ 2 pm after a 4 1/2 drive. Was told they don't do early check-ins. Lady at the front desk complained about a shortage of house keepers. No ice machines in 90+ degree heat. Asked for 1st floor due to husbands disability, wound up on the 3rd, not near the 2 man elevator that was previously suggested. Lamps in the room didn't work. Marginal Rating Customer service should be more trained. They're presentable but gets loss in concentration with their responsibility. I didn't get the info on wifi password until I asked for it, should have prepared map of sorrounding area to where the closest restaurants, car rentals, and interest. Hotel has laundry room but doesn't have laundry soap for sale. You don't get your room cleaned even staying for 3 nights which means you have to bring the hotel towels to the reception desk to get exchange for new ones. If you w... read more

Fire alarm went off around midnight and again around 8 am. Also no washcloths. Did not receive maid service

I like the close proximity to everything around me. The rooms are so much nicer and updated than my stay at the Extended Stay in Northgate. I wish here at the Roseville Extended Stay they would fill the dog poop dispenser? I've asked people why aren't they cleaning up after their dog? Response is there's no poop bags! So I offer them mine or have picked up after their animal as they walk away. Also the property needs its planter boxes rebarked. It would make such a difference in the curb appeal?

I liked the price and the people who worked there. I didn’t like the dirty refrigerator and kitchen without pots, pans, utensils, paper towels, etc. didn’t like that the place doesn’t get cleaned nightly. Didn’t like the unsafe feeling of people loitering around the exists (they didn’t seem like guests).
