The best thing about this facility is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Please read the fine print. My wife was very disappointed by the room and lack of amenities (no dishes, pots, pans or utensils in the kitchen), no hair dryer in room, no coffee maker in the room, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 2 drying towels, 2 bars of soap and 1 shampoo (0.75 oz) bottle, "breakfast on the go"/continental breakfast was a table set up in the lobby with "dark coffee," "light coffee" and hot water. After calling the front office and having someone come in and actually clean the room, it was satisfactory. Upon check-in, the floor was dirty, the furniture was dusty, the bathtub was in such a state that I wouldn't even step into it, and there was dried urine and hair on the base of the toilet. The manager at the front desk was very helpful and friendly in resolving the matter.
