The location was good but the room was so-so. Bed was not a queen but rather a full size. There were no dishes in the little kitchen not even one cup for when you brush your teeth. Only received 2 smaller sized bath towels for 2 days (not changed). Elevator was dirty and lobby just so-so.

Cheap but to many homeless

Room First room I got was not made up. Not sure if someone was staying there or not. Second room smelled really bad. it was clean but had a very bad odor. There were no hangers in the room.

The room had an “old “ carpet and hallway smell. Like old “cigarettes smoke” smell that won’t go away. The TV was analog and dated like it was year 2000. There were no ice bucket or ice machine, had kitchen but stove was old and rusty. Not sure what the point of it all is.

Too bad, so sad. The concert was GREAT! Arrived @ 2 pm after a 4 1/2 drive. Was told they don't do early check-ins. Lady at the front desk complained about a shortage of house keepers. No ice machines in 90+ degree heat. Asked for 1st floor due to husbands disability, wound up on the 3rd, not near the 2 man elevator that was previously suggested. Lamps in the room didn't work.
