Help. Rude customer service at the check in. Room smelled like piss. It looks like they allow pets. Maybe that’s the reason? The bathroom had hand prints on the mirror and when you take a shower you can see wash me appear in the mirror from the steam. Long strands of hair were still in the towels. Looks like this place needs an update.

Not impressed but great staff I walked in the Room and it smelled stale and old and the carpet looks saturated with everything dirty imaginable. There was a leak on top of this sealine over my window and a maintenance guy came in and all he did was close a window and just asked for it to stay shut which did not fix the leak that was tripping on to my items of clothing at all. Didn’t have a blow dryer in the rooms. We were happy they accommodated our 3am check in but around 4am, the fire alarm went off very very loud for about 10 minutes. Was upset as we were finally unwinding and falling asleep from Our long 10 hour drive. Upon checkpoint though, they did credit us $40 for the inconvenience which was. I’ve.
