Arrived an hour early, asked if it was possible to check in early. Lady didn't even make eye contact and said "check in is at 3". She was joking with contracters at desk while I was waiting in line but not even a sorry, we can't or smile for me. Room is ok, but the bathroom is in dire need of updating and mold removal on ceiling. Location is good.

Upon check in, the staff person at the desk was very unfriendly and had a difficult time understanding my check out day, even though I spelled it out for her in days, dates, and finally even writing it down and showing her on a calendar. The room was fairly clean but very run down. I had to have them reprogram my key card each day of my stay, which was very frustrating. Front desk staff was rude, trash cans surrounding the exterior of the property were taken out and trash was overflowing.

Good but won’t return It was not the caliber of Business hotel I was expecting but they accepted pets were located by a Wonderful trail and close to the highway and amenities.
