did not like that there was no hangers in the room to hang clothes and no iron in room
The ac was not working after them checking in multiple times and got a different room after a few hours finally
It was a complete joke .. said breakfast and wasn’t nothing at all I asked if would be got breakfast and they said yes
Musky Wet Mildew Smell This hotel was so gross. Right when I walked in there was a slap in the face smell of musky wet mildew. It seemed so stale in my room like no one really stayed in there. The remote on the tv barely worked as well. I had to press and hold the button I wanted until it worked. Took about 20 minutes to flip through 10 channels. Will never stay here again.
Flooring is coming up in the unit. Very unprofessional
The air conditioning worked well enough to keep the room around 70 Fahrenheit when it was over 100 outside.
