So so hotel No hair dryer available, only shampoo in the room. No lotion, etc.

Great location to Kaiser I would definitively recommend this hotel. It was close and a convenient drive to Kaiser. We ended up needing to stay another night without being able to go back to re-check in and they told us no problem. Just book through Hotels.com and they would make sure our room was untouched. The only thing I would say negative is their "breakfast bar" is really only a "snack bar". Other than that, we would stay there again because of the location to Kaiser.

Smoking Rooms vs. Non Smoking Rooms There were no non-smoking rooms available so I had to take a smoking room which was smelly and not clean.

Not as pictured, staff not friendly, not what we expect for this name brand

The facility is dirty and has a weird smell. There isnt someone at the front desk the whole time they are always in a back room. The lock on my door didnt work so I had to rely on the swing latch. Safety concern. I wont be staying here again

They had a room for us. There was shelter. The towels felt like Brillo pads. Didn’t really wanna take my shoes off. What you would call bedding was pretty much a joke. No one in the square block radius respects the quiet hours, let alone inside the building, and I was unable to get any sleep. Smelled like weed. The “breakfast” is not. It’s a vending machine muffin and diy oatmeal. The check in lady was kind.

The room cleanliness could have been better! Was not told there was not a hair dryer in the room. The latch lock on the door was not latching properly which left me feeling unsafe the first night and second night, when I arrived, there was a man that I thought worked there since he directed me to more parking in the back, then when I went to check in he was speaking to the front desk clerk she was asking me questions I preferred not to answer aloud but I tried to speak quietly.
