Great location to Kaiser I would definitively recommend this hotel. It was close and a convenient drive to Kaiser. We ended up needing to stay another night without being able to go back to re-check in and they told us no problem. Just book through Hotels.com and they would make sure our room was untouched. The only thing I would say negative is their "breakfast bar" is really only a "snack bar". Other than that, we would stay there again because of the location to Kaiser.

Smoking Rooms vs. Non Smoking Rooms There were no non-smoking rooms available so I had to take a smoking room which was smelly and not clean.

Did not stay here, this hotel does not accept Apple Pay and that was the only firm of payment I had available on my person.

Room was good for the price. Staff was great, my issue is with the booking. I booked a King room and was given a Queen room. When I asked the front desk they indicated they had no King rooms when I booked and the third party booking was supposed to let me know, which they never did. Again, good for the price, just very outdated, ceiling in bathroom was dirty and looked like it was bowed, dirty bathroom towels

The bed was broken, TV not working, the phone in the room didn't work, I had to walk down to the lobby to complain about everything not working. The room is outdated. I guess I got what I paid for,$125 for the night.

The breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bar and coffee The room had cigarette burns in the bathroom The bathroom sink appeared to be falling apart The night staff was very concerning, did not give comfortable vibes The morning staff was very sweet.
