No hot water. Carpet was horrible and old. They need to do some renovation.

You can’t utilize the laundry facility, our sink would not drain, the A/C wasn’t working it only ran warm!

Roaches for fun and friends Initially I had quite high hopes because the lady who checked me in was super nice. However never got the dishes I was supposed to have brought up to my room so I couldn't cook, wasted 95 dollars on food I couldn't even cook until I got home. And two little lovely roach buddies hanging out right in my room too. Windows didn't open to prevent people from smoking however it'd be nice considering if I could cook, I'd like a little ventilation. I hope most extended stays aren't like this.

Uncomfortable The beds were uncomfortable lumpy in places. The shower was poor barely any water coming out of the shower head. Due to covid-19 unable to wxperience the proper customer service experience. It was just not a pleasant stay.

Stayed 2 nights. My room had a kitchenette. The room smelled terrible. Had to open the windows for a bit. Left for a few hours came back it smelled better. The person above me stomped around half the night and early in the mornings. Kept me up at night and woke me up really early. The second night i couldnt find ANY place to park. The front desk said the were at capacity, apologized and told me to park in front of the lobby entry way. I wont be back, theres many other hotels less stressful around.
