Never Again They did not have the 2 double-bed room I had reserved available. The 2 employees I discussed it with gave me different excuses and had zero solutions or sympathy. I was placed in a single queen room with a (not even twin size) roll out bed and a “comfy” chair for myself and 3 teenagers. Originally I was told I could move the following day to the room I reserved, but then the room was mysteriously unavailable. What a joke. Horrible experience The temperature the day we stayed was 106. We set the AC to 60 at 3:30 because it was not on when we entered the room. We left and returned at 9:30 pm and the room was still 80+. I called the front desk and was advised they were completely booked and they couldn't get us a new room. The desk clerk brought us a fan and we slept on top of the sheets. customer service terrible Drove 2 hours, wife needed to use bathroom. front desk had sign- "out to lunch". 3 employees sitting at a table eating and not one of them got up to help us out.asked if we could use bathroom, told NO as bathrooms are only in rooms, asked again if we could use a bathroom, told No early check-in. reserved a king size bed and we got a queen size - did get $22 credit for that.

The outside of the hotel is hardly even lit up which should have been our first sign. The lights in the room don’t work. There is no knob for one set and the other is in a location with no outlet. So obviously the hotel is aware and doing nothing to fix it. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet paper is as thin as can be. Walls were over thin and we heard everything. For the money we paid, this is not acceptable.

We wait 20 minutes for the staff to open the door for us to check in the staff was really rude the rooms are dirty and smell like cigarettes when is a non smoking are.

Staff is not very competent or friendly Outside area not clean people smoking outside a lot. Kitchen ware not clean or sanitized.

The first room was gross with a very dirty fridge and the front desk had a lack of concern, I asked for another room and I woke up to see roaches crawling on the beds head board. I would not stay here again
