They kept charging me for the internet and I explained to them I did not upgrade horrible manager that is full of greed and is not compassionate or does not show compassion all that matters is the love of greed and taking your money with no concern or cooperation to making your stay pleasant....never want to come back to this place where they lack compassion.

15 min after check in, a staff member attempted to open our door without knocking, did not apologized, and ran away. The manager said he would make it a teaching opportunity for his employee.

My friend that came to visit me after 2hrs of jus renting my room & decided to go outside to smoke & of course his clothes smelt like cigarette & once he came back in the smell was in my room from his clothes & jus 10mins later the front desk lady came knocking on my dpor & accused us of smoking in my room & immediatly demanded us to leave the hotel. I told her i had nowhere else to go cuz i was homeless & jus got out the hospital & on crutches at the time but still kicked me out & would not give me a refund. I do not recomm... read more

Terrible place. Smell like tons of chlorine was used to clean the restroom. Super dirty carpet and windows. Outdated kitchen. The sheets did not look clean/old stains.

Never again Dirty. smells terrible. Cars getting broken into. Homeless everywhere. Breakfast is a pre packaged muffin and coffee. This place sucks.

They didn't hold my room as I was promised. And they weren't helpful in attempting to fulfill my request

Nothing worked in the room and the lady was rude no customer service the water wouldn’t even get hot the heater didn’t work
