Don't stay here for even a night It was a smoky, smelly, gloomy room. I would not stay here again, even with the cheap price.

Heating and cooling was not working properly The room had a faulty fan in the restroom could become a fire hazard heat would not stay off it was so hot
Disappointing stay very disappointing of customer service people also no cleaning for the whole week, will never go back again
Not what I expected The beds were ok but the chairs were disgusting full of pet hair and there was no toilet paper in our room. Free breakfast was not what I expected. Never staying there again
I asked for extra towels & I waited almost an hour for them after calling the front desk twice. I never got my extra towels.

Check in procedures It took over 20 mins to check in, the front desk person was new and was not trained well enough to be left on her own. Even though she had a nice personalitiy, she didn't seem to have a urgency to work faster to clear up the back log. Speaking with the GM the next day didn't make me feel she was willing to address the issue and just blow it off as "Oh Well".

The hotel is marked as 'smoke free' hotel but our room reeked of smoke. its like someone lived and smoked there for so long.

There is NO room service daily. This is a big issue for people expecting this to be just another hotel/motel
Very disappointing! The room wasnt very clean, there were popcorn curnals all over the floor. There was no toilet paper or soap. They "changed the policy" for the kitchenette supplies, you have to pre-request it. By the time we checked in and got to our room, we were unable to warm our infant son's bottle because the kitchen was empty. When we went to the office to request stuff, they had no dishes they could give us. Unsat, eapecially for an extended stay!
