Front desk agent was not very polite.
Terrible hotel Arrived at 245pm was given a room in the second floor, room was dirty, smelt like cigarettes even though I requested a non smoking room. Samson was quick and gracious in given me another room, which still smelt. This hotel has the appearance of a halfway house, I saw things that you only see on TV. I would never stay here ever again.
Like staying in a slum room
truth in advertising You advertise breakfast, but only have breakfast bars. Screwed up my husbands day. He had minimal time to meet someone. He has to have real breakfast. So he was late.
Bad experience to stay in the Hotel. I moved to different Hotel which is near by and it is good
GOOD LOCATION WALLS PAPER THIN. HEAR FULL CONVERSATIONS THROUGH WALL UP TO MIDNIGHT. ENTRANCE TO ROOM WAS OUTSIDE AND PEOPLE WALKING BY ALL NIGHT. COULD HEAR HIGHWAY NOISE ALL NIGHT. STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. VERY NICE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. THE DESIGN OF THIS PLACE IS VERY POOR. THE CURRENT EXTENDED STAY IM LIVING IN LOCATED IN FAIRFIELD,CA IS 5 STAR. VERY QUIET, SAFE AND ENTRANCE TO ROOMS IS INSIDE. STAFF IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. ESPECIALLY JAMALL WHO WORKS EVENING SHIFT. GREAT KID AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Not good! Absolutely the worst extended stay I p have ever been to. A very large portion of the guests were permanent residents. The noice from the unit above me was non stop, day and night. There was constant dug activity in several of the units and in the parking lots. Police activity in the parking lot was also constant and the fire department was called for what seemed to be a drug overdose on my final day there. Canceled room stunk so bad and was dirty , gonna let softball organization know not to book unless its seen in person please. Then I'm charged for for not staying !
