Horrible place Extended stay is a horrible place. Cowards wont return my email. Probably cause they know I'm right
OMG what a mess hated it, worst hotel on earth
DIsappointed again. In the past i would stay here once a month for work. I stopped staying here because at least 30% of the time i would be checked into a room that had debris all over the place. Then i would have to haul my luggage back to the desk to get another room. I am far from a picky person, but i gave them another chance, once again i was given a room with mattresses thrown all over the room, a vacuum cleaner and a lot of debris on the floor. My stay The front desk staff should be on the same page of one another. I asked for a later check out and was told 12:30pm. Then I get an unexpected call at 11am, asking what time was my check out time. It should've been noted in the system. It was totally inconvenience for me because I was awoken with the call when it was the staffs mistake.
The hotel is in need of remodeling and updating. It was bad. It was not comfortable at all, dated. needs remodeling work.

Quality poorer than I expected Whilst the hotel was reasonably located and the potential quality of the room could have been satisfactory, I did not discover until AFTER I checked in that, as I was only staying 3 nights, I would NOT have maid service. Okay, fine, not a deal breaker, but when I got to the room, there was no spare toilet room and the bedside light switch didn't work, so I had to keep putting the plug in and out. No TP or TV! The room was not bad. It was clean but a little dated. It was not in the best neighborhood but the price matched the location. There was NO toilet paper in my room but thankfully there was tissue!!! The TV worked for a short time and then was dead. I told the person at the front desk and she is sending me a free nights lodging. Not sure if I will use it, but might if I have another person with me.
no costumer services So I stayed 2 nites at this hotel call the front desks to get some fresh towel the respond I got was I HAVE TO BRING THE OLD DIRTY TOWELS TO THE LOBBY N GET NEW OnCe and I asked 2 or 3 times that was the answer I got from the front desk Peron and she said we clean the rooms once a day I was shocked and upset from this some coustmer services
