We checked in around 3pm and we were told that we were not in their system but she made a way and we went to our room. - 337. The carpet had so much stains on it- name it - coffee , shoe marks, white spots and one part by the table had a massive red soda spillage! The faucet in the kitchen area was leaking and no matter how much you tighten it - nothing happened. The sheets smelled bad, as if someone had just slept on it!
