Terrible!! The hotel and your app is the most scamming hotel app that I’ve ever used. Always shows there’s availability for rooms and once we arrive to our paid for hotel, it’s either disgusting or they sell our hotel room and are left without a room.

The room was neglected. The front desk was always abandoned, no one answered my call or rings. I was trying to see if I could get footage of the parking lot since my car was scraped. Awful service will never be staying at this location. Also check your statement I was over charged and not given a recipient.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told they had no rooms available even though we had a confirmed booking through hotels.com. The clerk told us that if rooms are booked on any of the online sites they don't consider it a valid booking.

Parking is ample. Area seems to attract some homeless. Thin walls between rooms. All the doors in the dresser, kitchen cabinets all left open on arrival. Opened soap in the bathroom (cleaning overlooked). No pans or utensils etc even though it’s got a full kitchen. Check in hostess was nice and friendly but didn’t know how the internet worked / password. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed just wouldn’t choose to stay again

We got a dirty room, balls of hair everywhere. Towels were full of hair.. We got a different room, but the bed had a big hole on one side, floor in restroom was coming loose.. never again

Bad customer service. Told me to bring a plastic cup for use on hot coffee. Charged extra fees

They will rob you for your refund after the lady in the front told me she wanted to go on break soon as I came to check in

This was probably a nice hotel when it as first built, however the room phone was broken. The heating and air conditioning unit was broken. The unit was not working properly. The bathroom smelled like smoke! I paid for a nonsmoking room. Definitely overpriced for the condition of the room! No phone call from the GM as promised! Never ever again!
