Great for Extended Stays My family & I just moved back from Europe, my husband started work at his new company before we found our new home . We stayed for about a month & had a positive experience with the Staff & our room. The room was clean & sell set up. The free WiFi worked great for us. Housekeeping was friendly & efficient. The front desk was always helpful & friendly. Only issue would be some sketchy fellow guests but that is not the hotels fault. The hotel is economical with a little kitchen & fridge + freezer . Good stay. Stayed at the hotel one night for softball tournament. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Hotel was located not far from several dining places. Room also had kitchen where we could buy food and cook if we were going to stay for a few days and save some money. Only downside of stay was "grab and go breakfast". It was not out when we left for game in morning and was put away or not out still when we got back two hours later. And the hotel doesn't advertise it as "grab and go" ... read more

No clean room took my deposit wouldn’t give it back did not stay there due to no clean rooms and urine in the elevator it was so discusting I could not stay there with my daughter never stay there!!!!!

Our King room was not ready yet when we tried to check in at 2:30pm. I checked the check-in time and it was 3pm, so I understand we had arrived early. I was told I could downgrade to a queen room that was available immediately for a discounted rate and ended up being charge the same price for the King room we had reserved. The heater took 45 minutes to turn on and the room was not a suite. It was a small queen room with a kitchenette. There was paint flaking throughout the room and it did not look well kept at all. I was charged for my room twice. When I booked through Hotels.com, I paid for a room with a king bed. When I got to the hotel I was told the king room wasn’t available because it had no curtains. I was given a single room and the front desk charged me an additional 2 nights. When I addressed this with the front desk later that evening, I was told by staff that at Extended stay that they would contact Hotels.com and have the original rate for the king room refunded. No pillows in the room. Someone broke in at 3.30 am in the hotel and set the fire alarm which went on ringing for next 30 minutes. Very poor breakfast given in the morning.

If I could give this place less stars I would, if your definition of breakfast is muffins and nutrigrain bars with no options for any kind of Protien, juice or punch then you’ll like the breakfast here lol. The bathroom was dirty and had dirt and hair on the shower floors and walls, a left over bar of soap in the top right corner of the shower from the guest before us, the floor around my bed was dirty and seemed to have illegal substances left over on it as well.
