We checked in around 3pm and we were told that we were not in their system but she made a way and we went to our room. - 337. The carpet had so much stains on it- name it - coffee , shoe marks, white spots and one part by the table had a massive red soda spillage! At the time of my checkin a reception lady looked busy and not very welcoming. I am very tolerant with this, it can be a bad day or anything. However, she was just quick to give me a key, then she turned and headed to some back room. I had to stop her and inquired her about where is my room located, wi-fi, breakfast. Then, it's non-smoking area and rooms. But the room was just soaked with the tobacco smell. i could not sleep the 1st night. So after my 1st night, I just checked out and found another hotel.
