Staff great, hotel not so much Unfortunately, the room itself was not very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. The staff was friendly enough, it just isn't a place I will revisit.

Bad Air Worst stay I have had at extended stay, room filled with fumes from hotel laundry, made it impossible to sleep and hard to breathe.
There was a lot of work going on in the hotel when I stayed. The telephone system is a disaster and the hallways had a moldy odor. Forget breakfast "grab and go". I tried three times to get coffee and it was always empty and the desk personnel were too busy (really) to make more at the moment. Location is good and room was OK. Definitely not my first choice. Alarm clock in room was broken and no wake up calls.

I met with our staff, and we will start making an extra pot of coffee to ensure that we are not running out.
