Ok hotel with semi false advertising The hotel was as expected overall. The ad said it included breakfast which is how I pick hotels so we aren't having to eat out for another $40-$50. Saying you have breakfast and only having granola bars and a muffin and coffee is a disappointment. We couldn't eat the granola due to allergies to ingredients and only had one option of muffin. We don't drink coffee and this hotel was in Utah. We had to go eat out and blew another $48 we weren't expecting.

We were treated very unprofessionally. Dennis had expired state identification so, I rented the room in my name. Upon being handed the room key, i was informed that Dennis not only could not stay in the room with me but that he was also not permitted to even visit me in my room. He had several credit cards and his social security card to prove that he was Dennis sugden. Wouldn't stay here again This hotel is really run down. Our room had stained carpet and pulling up at the seams. No soaps were left to use in the bathroom as well as no cups either. Hotel has a very bad odor throughout it.

The night clerk was very helpful and had a cute sense of humor. She helped us get ice and a coffee pot. The room was dated but clean.

The fire alarm was going off. I called the front desk and the lady working, Felic, told me, "go ahead and call the fire department, I don't care". She explained that people kept calling so she couldn't go check on it and didn't know what to tell me.

Towels were old and almost brown. No wash cloths provided. Sheets were rough and I hesitated to put my face on my pillow case. lighting was insufficient.

Minimal fragrance used My husband has fragrance contact dermatitis, so it is almost essential to stay in a place that uses no fragrance in their cleaning products or in their rooms. At least Extended Stay was able to stop the use of fragrance sprays before we arrived. The room was run down though and the hotel overall looks as if they could be in financial trouble.
